Hong Kong Cityscape - This is a view of the Hong Kong harbour (North Point to Wan Chai) from the Star Ferry going from Tsim Sha Choi East (Kowloon) to Central (Hong Kong Island) |

Hong Kong Panoramic - A misty morning with harbour traffic (Central to Sheung Wan). Notice the half built skyscraper - Two International Financial Building (88 Stories - 412m/1352ft). It will be the tallest building in Hong Kong when completed in 2003. Supposedly it is totally vacant, no tenants have sign on yet due to the events of 9/11. Bad feng shui. |

Macao Tower - A 338m tall tower at the tip of the Macao peninsula. The bridge is Ponte Govermador Nobre de Carvalho connecting Macao with Taipa Island. |

Britain's Goodbye Gift - Hong Kong Airport (Chek Lop Kok) on Lantau Island built in 1998 with a price tag of $20B USD, this airport has over 140 restaurants and shops, automated walkways, and one of the fastest luggage transfers I have ever experienced. Not as exciting as landing at the old Kai Tak airport, but very functional, clean and efficient. |
Typical Hong Kong Street - Space is very limited. Right hand drive cars so look right not left when crossing streets. |

Murray House in Stanley - Former British colonial barracks built during the first Opium War in the 1840s. Originally located in Central it was disassembled in 1982 and its 400,000 stone blocks were placed in storage, 20 years later it was reassembled in Stanley and has become a tourist trap full of western style restaurants. A lot of western expatriates live in Stanley, which faces the ocean. |
Hong Kong Skyline at Night - You can see the Tsim Sha Choi walkways to the waterway. Across the harbour is Central district of Hong Kong Island. |
