2006 Fencing Tournaments
Our students since our inception in January 2006 has provided exceptional results, with the exception of the coaches, every student had less than1 year of experience. We look forward to the 2007-2008 fencing competition to build on our successes!

Ryerson's Foiling Around Foil Team Tournament - August 2006
Alex, Dmitri, Nick, Scotty, John, Ajay, Ryan, Jennifer, Regina, Asti, and Helen participated in their first tournament with only 2 to 7 months experience. Randomly selected on separate team each beginner were matched up with 2 other fencers from other Ontario fencing clubs. 4 of our members were on teams that made it to the final matches. We were able to bring back Gold (Scotty), Silver (Ryan), Bronze (Nick), and a loaf of Bread (Regina).
League of Musketeers Finals - May 2006
Our first youth tournament - We had 4 of our youth students participate. Eric won Silver and Jennifer won Bronze. This is was their first tournament fencing Epee. We had only 4 Epee workshops to practice Epee. The tournament was hosted by the Sword Player's Fencing Academy at the Hillcrest Mall, Richmond Hill.
